All interaction with orders is carried out exclusively in your personal account in the Orders section. By clicking on the order you need, you can see all the details and progress.

To get a refund for a product or service, you must contact customer service and request a refund. Please note that not all goods and services can be returned.

Our team works remotely all over the world; we do not use an office. If necessary, we can coordinate a meeting convenient for you with our representative, if possible in your country. Thanks to our mobility, all our projects are completed much faster.

The terms of each project are agreed upon separately. As a rule, the period of website development is 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. It all depends on the budget and deadlines. More complex projects can take up to 1-2 years. For mobile applications, the timeframe is usually longer.

Each project is assessed individually. The cost depends on the complexity, timing and scale of the project. To evaluate your site, place an order. After placing your order, we will contact you and estimate the cost of your project. The starting cost for the service will be displayed on the ordering page in the “Your budget” section. The very first variation is the initial cost for a specific service.

We work exclusively with 100 percent payment for the order.

Once your order is confirmed, payment will be available on your order page. A Pay button will appear on the order page. Please note that the cost of your order will be displayed in the currency of the country you select in your Account Settings. The default currency is USD.
